• This is your #1 priority of Jpro recruiting

4) SMRA shift kickoff

• Have an SMRA that can’t make the daily division shift work? Create a new one around your schedules

• During an SMRA shift you can be working on many other things after kickoff

5) Personal Social Media messaging

• Unlimited messages to those that follow you

• 13 per hour for those that don’t follow you

6) Unreached PR calling

• Have lists decided ahead of time so you don’t have to think
