We love Britahuset and hope you’ll enjoy your stay and take good care of it. Here’s some practical information.
The garden that belongs to the house, is the area from the parking lot to the hedge by the automower charging startion. The dock can also be used by the owner. The seahouse has to be booked separately.
Please do not thow rocks or other object in the water, it may be uncumfortable for people that want to bathe.
Please do not move the bathing platform.
If you use the boat, remember to refill the fuel to the same level as when you took it out (98 octane unleaded). See the separate boat instructions for details.
Let us know if there’s anything you’re missing.
Warm regards,

The automower can be stopped just by pressing the red Stop button on the top.
Heating on the ground floor is primarily water-based underfloor heating, with separate thermostats for the bathroom, entryway, kitchen, and living room. You can adjust the temperature by pressing the left arrow (down) or right arrow (up). The display shows the temperature.
Note: With underfloor heating, temperature changes take time, so if you want to warm up the room more quickly, it's best to use the panel heater or light a fire in the fireplace.
Under the light switch for the dining table, you’ll find a remote control for the reading lamps by the “reading chair.” These lamps need to be switched on for the remote to work.
The hallway light upstairs is automatic and controlled by a motion sensor. It turns off after about a minute.
In the kitchen drawer by the window facing the road, you’ll find spare light bulbs and relevant instruction manuals.
Games are in the drawer under the TV, and toys for children are in the bottom drawer in the hallway.
Cushions for the outdoor sofa are kept under the bookshelf in the living room when not in use. Please bring them inside if you leave the house or in the evening to keep them dry.
Waste must be sorted for recycling. The code for the waste shed is 505076. The house key also has a key fob for the waste building.
When you leave, please make sure all trash is taken out, the fridge and drawers are emptied of food, and the bathroom bins are emptied. Omega’s information includes what is expected.
