Welcome to Britahuset

Live in a newly renovated but 100 years old house where you can jump nstraight into the water (if you dare). You will be next door to the shop and the ferry that visits a few times a day. The house is comfortable for up to 7 persons. We rebuilt it in 2018/19 with the aim to make it comfortable but to preserve its personality. The garden is unique, you can dock the boat, take a dive into the sea or fish from the jetty.

Three bedroom, seven beds, two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Nedstrand has more to offer. Himakånå has become a very popular hiking destinations, and the mountain area around the village has many other short or longer hikes.

There are local playgtounds close by. A nice walk through the village, will take you to the Leirå beach with lawns, sandvolleyball and boccia courts. If you continue from Leirå, you can walk through the wook to the lighthouse at Tonganeset, past burial sites from the viking age.
