Spicy Italian Sausage & Cabbage

White Bean, Brown Rice

This has a real kick with the sausage. Add the bite sized cabbage at the last hour with the brown rice. Half a large cabbage or all of a small one. Brown 1lb of spicy Italian sausage and add any time. Chilled Pinot Grigio would go with the theme of Italy.
