Garbanzo Beans, Brown Rice
Kielbasa, minced garlic, brussel sprouts, onion
After cooking Chickpeas (aka Garbanzo beans) for two hours, beat, whip or blend beans into a puree (peanut butter consistency). Put in mixer and blend until desired consistency. Blend in minced garlic. Return to pot and add more water, vegetables, sausage and grains as normal for last hour.
