From your grocery store:

Garlic 

Barley 

Veg oil 

1 lb Dry Kidney Beans 

From Gaedderts:

3 ears sweet corn

1 onion

1lb potatoes half white half red

1 yellow squash

1 zucchini

3 tomatoes

1 6 qt pot

9:00 AM

Put 3 tablespoons of oil in pot, medium heat

Chop onion, cook until translucent

Add beans with enough water to cover plus 1 inch

Chop whole head of garlic super fine, brown in frying pan slowly

10:00 AM

Dice tomatoes and place in pot

Add garlic to pot

Add ½ lb of barley

11:00 AM

Chop remaining vegetables and add to pot

Remove corn kernels and add

Noon

Have a bowl!
