Bulihan National High School (BNHS) held a tree planting event organized by the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Club, on December 6, 2023. The event was led by the YES-O Club and our school head, Mr. Damaso I. Educalan.
The Batang Empowered and Resilient Team (BERT) from Bulihan National High School (BNHS) had a successful rollout at "National Children's Month 2023 Culminating Activity cum BERT Roll-Out '' last December 7, 2023. The event, which was held at the Victory Church Bulacan Complex, had an audience of 250 people, consisting of student leaders and teachers. BERT's performance clearly shows their passion and commitment to enhance the knowledge of Batang Malolenyos.
On November 10, 2023 the Batang Empowered and Resilient team (BERT) of Bulihan National High School was invited to showcase the school's best practice as child-led DRRM - CCA advocate at Makati Multi-Sectoral Consultation. Together with the Team advisers Sir Sheg of Senior High School (SHS) Ma'am Joanne of Junior High School (JHS) of Bulihan National High School, along with other teachers and Ma'am Mary Grace June D. San Pedro, the BERT ventured into Barangay Bel-air Makati for a community planning and disaster risk reduction consultation.
Noong Agosto 1, 2023, ginanap ang 2023 National Learner's Convergence sa Marikina City, kung saan nagpakitang-gilas ang BERT ng Bulihan NHS sa pagpapakilala ng tatlong BERT DRRM modules na inilathala ng Save the Children Philippines (SCP) sa mahigit kumulang 300 estudyanteng kalahok. Naging maayos at maganda ang daloy ng presentasyon sa nasabing aktibidad ayon sa mga BERT presenters.
