 Meeting No.1 (Time - 2 hours).

Meeting objective - Decide a theme and work plan

We conducted a meeting together and then decided our a topic with relevance to our theme. We prepared a work plan and distributed the tasks among ourselves.

Meeting No.2(Time 3hours)

Meeting objective - Collaborating research work and questionnaires 

We discussed the information we found through various sources (mentioned in the Bibliography) . We went over the questionnaire questions and created the surveys.

Meeting no.3 (time 1 hour)

Meeting objective - Analyze the questionnaire results and prepare a roadmap for upcoming tasks.

 We analyzed and created the report for the questionnaire answers received. We then created a flowchart for our community-related work

Meeting no 4 (time-3 hours)

Meeting objective - Set the timeline and make arrangements for a site visit, promotions, and street play.

 We got in touch with the Ngo for the interviews. We also decided on the nukkad natak script along with the questionnaire for the interview. We contacted other interviewees too.

We visited Prabhat an awakening NGO, where we conducted interviews and conducted a dance session for children with disabilities
