PATCH 11.2 AND SEASON 3 NOW LIVE, CHANGES TO BANK, BIS RINGS, ETC.
Enchantments are important. While some are just nice bonuses to stats, some can make or break a class or build. Weapon enchants are by far the most important to a twink, while most armor enchants at this level will only provide 1-2 stat increases. There are also temporary enhancements to your weapon you can use. 99% of enchants from Shadowlands and Dragonflight enchantments have direct level requirements, even if they're not labeled.Â
Weapon enchants require more explanation, as some have specialized uses. Most flat stat increase enchantments for weapons do not scale in favor for low level users, so almost all suggested enchants are proc-based. A full list of enchants and their scaling is found here, by Doobyg.
When doing damage, sometimes steal life from the target - doing more damage and healing you for a set amount.
Lifestealing, for some classes and specs, what makes those classes and specs better than the others. This enchantment works on a PPM system, compared to most enchantments on a RPPM system. You can find an explanation here, but the most important thing is that classes that do multiple hits in one cast (e.g. Spinning Crane Kick, Whirlwind) are capable of doing a lot more damage with Lifestealing. This enchantment scales with Versatility, but generally does around 30 DPS per hit and can critically strike. As mentioned in the link, Lifestealing tends to proc more when on slower weapons and higher haste rating, so you will find this enchantment less beneficial when used on 1H weapons or daggers. Use this on 2H weapons or extremely slow 1H weapons (which often aren't worth using).
When doing damage, gain a strength buff and self-heal.
Crusader used to be absolutely busted, as it gave an absurd amount of strength. Now, while it's considerably nerfed compared to before, it still gives a handsome strength proc with self healing. Like Lifestealing, this is PPM, but it also doesn't do damage on it's own. The self healing is also good enough for melee classes that aren't strength users, but they obviously benefit less from it. While PPM benefits more from 2H weapons, this can be used with good effect on 1H weapons as well. This effect scales with level, and generally gives 15-16 STR at the 10-11 bracket.
When doing damage, do more damage.
Elemental Force is the best generic damage dealing enchantment. It has a ridiculously high RPPM rate that increases with haste, and does a fair amount of unscaled damage at 10/11. This also can proc off other types of damage, such at DOTs and thorn-type damage (aka things hitting you = them getting hurt). Intellect users can also use these for damage, but they also may benefit more from using enchantments that increase intellect instead. This is best used on one-hand weapons.
When casting spells, sometimes increase your intellect and highest secondary stat.
Machinist's Brilliance scales the best out of any easily accessible caster enchantment at this level range. It's very simple, as it's an intellect proc on RPPM. There's not much to explain here, but it's best used on a 1H weapon alongside an enchanted off-hand weapon. You can use it on a two-handed weapon, but you lose out on a lot of potential intellect in the long run.
When using abilities, sometimes increase your primary stat.
Blizzard either forgot or intentionally withheld the ability to enchant most Dragonflight enchants onto lower level gear, by changing the item level minimum but not the actual enchantment use level. With help from a higher level, by either using a skilled enchanter or them right clicking the enchant before opening a trade window (with the twink placing their desired item in the "Not for Trade" slot), a twink can get Dragonflight enchantments on their items. Sophic Devotion provides an RPPM stat proc of 9+ primary stat. This provides more value than the Machinist's Brillance and Force Multiplier, but far less than Crusader. Most Dragonflight enchants can be applied like this, but this is the main standout with regards to weapon enchants.
By default, the main hand is the most important weapon for enchanting. For dual wielding, not all abilities and spells have the off-hand weapon interaction baked into the formula. This means that casting that ability most likely won't cause your offhand enchant to proc. As an example, Spinning Crane Kick for Windwalker does include off-hand weapon damage in the formula, while the same spell for Brewmaster doesn't. When playing a class or spec where this is a consideration, you might be better off using a passive or non-damage originating proc for the off-hand. You can check how an ability operates by going to it's Wowhead page and looking at the formula. Putting enchants on correct weapon slots can save you gold.
...and no, this doesn't apply to Whirlwind.
When doing damage, get a substantial attack power buff at the cost of 5% armor
Increases your leech. That's it.
Free alternative to Crusader, but gives less strength and healing.
Gives +3/4 intellect. That's it.
Reduces disarm duration by 50%. If you really want this, use it on an offhand.
Gives +5-7 attack power. Which is a LOT, but this is only useful on 2H agil users.
These are enchants for armor, based on stats given. There are no usable enchants for headpieces at low levels, and some enchants require professions. Enchants not usable by this bracket will be ignored. Many stat enchants have the exact same scaling, so those that don't require that specific enchant will be marked *. In that case, go with whatever is cheapest on the auction house.
These can be purchased on the Auction House without much issue. Not listed is the Tiered Medallion Setting, which I already discuss on the Jewelry page. These can be used alongside necks with the three sockets.

Most of these shoulder enchants require Northrend Inscription to apply and use...except for Inscription of Domination, which you buy with Marks of Honor. There are also Cataclysm Inscription enchants, but their accompanied secondaries do not work until level 12+, so they aren't mentioned.

Chest enchants can have an issue where they have a secret level requirement, which will be noted here. For the ones labeled "Tradebug", see my commentary on Sophic Devotion.

Alongside the stat enchants, there are various skill related enchants. Since hand enchants will not provide a significant stat increase, you may go for one of those instead.

There aren't any waist enchants accessible by 10s except for Engineering tinkers. There are a lot of waist tinkers, but here are a few suggestions.

These require Pandaria Leatherworking to apply. Leatherworking enchants work regardless of your profession, so it's suggested you apply these then swap professions.

Only Minor Speed stacks with other movement speed buffs - other feet speed enchants do not. These can be purchased on the Auction House without much issue.

These can be purchased on the Auction House without much issue. The finger enchants all have different scaling for some reason, but Accord seems to be the most consistently high option out of the bunch.
