April 2nd 2018 at 12:45h - Oxygenation of Wort inside the Carboy (shaking it) and place the airlock.
1st Day - April 2nd 2018
I tought it would start fermenting... and the bubles would go through the airlock. But nothing happened.
2nd Day - April 3rd 2018
I can't really see the fermentation. No bubles in the airlock, but i could smell something. I think it is hop.
3rd Day - April 4th 2018
Something happened here today. It smells the same. Is it the fermentation? How should I know?
4th Day - April 5th 2018
Defenitively something is happening. The color looks like a little bit dark and some more foam.
5th Day - April 6th 2018
I think that the fermentation is running.
6th Day - April 7th 2018
7th Day - April 8th 2018
8th Day - April 9th 2018
9th Day - April 10th 2018
I think it is now time to bottling them. Look the yeast at the bottom of the carboy!
On April 11th 2018-
For each botlle of 500 ml I used 5g of brown sugar.
Total 8 bottles of 500 ml
Now let's wait for 2 to 3 weeks...
I drinked it. The taste was ok. Predominant hop. But it is IPA.
After around 2,5 weeks ageing in the bottles, on April 27th they were placed in the fridge (for more 2 days).
On Sunday, April 29th, finally I tried the first one.
Great flavor of fresh Hops and IPA!!!!
A can also notice a flavor like mango in the ending...
The foam was pretty good!!! Gas is ok too!!!
Then I tried the second one... Also great!!!
My first trial run well!!!
On May 6th (I mean, after almost 2 weeks in the fridge) the beer is still ok. Perfekt!!!
