Any train code with OA or MI that aren't listed below are are as needed. For example, the AMLMIR is an autorack reposition from Mira Loma, California to Milpitas. This train only runs when demand in Milpitas is higher than usual.
Union Pacific attaches a two digit number at the end of all train codes denoting the date of departure from the specified origin. For example, the MRVOA-22 would be leaving on the 22nd day of that month.

MOARV: Daily manifest transfer run from Oakland to Roseville. On duty in Oakland typically around 9:00pm. Routed over Martinez Sub.
INPOA: Daily I series intermodal from North Platte, Nebraska to Oakland. Can arrive at any time due to long distance from origin. Works Lathrop ICTF. Routed over Oakland Sub, however a rare Martinez Sub reroute is possible if no work is needed at Lathrop.
IOANP: Daily I series intermodal from Oakland to North Platte, Nebraska. On duty in Oakland typically around 4:30am. Routed over Martinez Sub.
ZG2OAB: Once-weekly Z series intermodal from Northlake, Illinois (Global 2) to Oakland. Arrives typically on Monday early mornings, but can arrive on Tuesday due to long distance from origin. Works Lathrop ICTF. Routed over Oakland Sub. This is currently the only Z train in the Bay Area. The B in the code denotes a "scheduled extra".
ILTLT: Daily intermodal turn between Lathrop ICTF and Oakland. On duty in Lathrop typically around 9:00pm. Drops off loads at Oakland then returns to Lathrop. Routed over Oakland Sub, "Baby" Coast, and few portions of the Niles Sub. This train can occasionally go through Niles Sub instead of the "Baby" Coast by running the wye at Niles Junction. Returns to Lathrop from Oakland mid-morning.
MOAOA: Daily manifest turn from Oakland to Warm Springs Yard in Fremont. On duty in Oakland typically around 2:00am. Drops off loads at Warm Springs (and sometimes Milpitas) then returns to Oakland. Routed over the Niles Sub (occasionally "Baby" Coast) and Warm Springs Sub.
AOAOA: Daily auto turn from Oakland to Milpitas. On duty in Oakland typically around noon. Routed over the Niles Sub (occasionally "Baby" Coast) and Warm Springs Sub.
MNPMI: Daily manifest (primarily autoracks) from North Platte, Nebraska to Milpitas. Can arrive at any time due to long distance from origin. Typically works Benicia and possibly Oakland if intermodals are combined. Routed over the Martinez Sub, Niles Sub (occasionally "Baby Coast"), and Warm Springs Sub. This train used to run as the ANPMI.
Engine Moves
EOZOZ: Sunday-only power relay from Ozol Yard to Oakland Yard and back. On duty typically 8:00am. Routed over Martinez Sub.
EMIOAD: A power move back to Oakland from Milpitas. This has usually been running after drop offs at Milpitas from the MNPMI. This is a temporary train due to the fact there is no daily autos out of Milpitas at this moment. A Routed over the Warm Springs Sub and Niles Sub (occasionally "Baby Coast").

LOA55 (Mulford Local): Local from East Oakland Yard. On duty typically around 9:00am. Works active industries on the "Baby Coast" and Newark.
YOA72 : Yard switcher from Oakland Yard. On duty typically at dark.
YOA78 : Yard switcher from Oakland Yard. On duty typically in the evening.
Warm Springs Locals
LRB50: Local from Warm Springs Yard. On duty typically around 6:00pm. Works at Newark Yard and Albrae, CA.
LWS32 (Incomplete): Local from Warm Springs Yard. Serves North San Jose industries on Tues. On duty typically in the morning.
LRQ50 (Mission Bay Local): Local from Warm Springs Yard. On duty typically around 5:15pm. Works at Redwood City, South San Francisco, and Newhall if necessary. Routed over Warm Springs, Coast, and Peninsula Subs (see Caltrain).
LWS82: Local from Warm Springs Yard. On duty typically around 4:00pm. Sundays, works at Snoboy. Mon/Wed, works at Snoboy and Carpenter. Tues/Thurs, works at industries near Warm Springs Yard and Milpitas. Friday, works at Campbell and Permanente Cement. Saturday, works at Milpitas.

LRJ48: Daily local based out of Ozol. Works industries along Tracy Sub east of Martinez. On duty typically around 10:00am. Routed over Martinez and Tracy Subs.
LRJ90 (Tolenas Turn): Monday-Saturday local based of out Ozol. Runs to CFNR interchange at Davis. Typically on duty around 9:00pm. Routed over Martinez Sub.

LWJ62: Local from Watsonville Yard. On duty typically around 8:00pm. Mon-Fri: Works at Newhall and Redwood City. Routed north on Coast Sub.
LWJ72N: Local from Watsonville Yard. On duty typically around 3:00pm. Mon/Wed/Fri: Works at Warm Springs then returns back to Watsonville. Routed over Coast and Warm Springs Subs.
