Facebook Posts

I check out Emily's Group on Facebook several times a week. Usually I scroll through fairly quickly. I tell myself "NO" and resist a lot of great cards.

But I always check out the "hot topics" and usually add my two cents worth.

I also request cards now and then, without posting any of my own cards. I do this for a rather conceited reason: I want to be picky about the cards I add to my collection. Since starting this web site, I now have well over two hundred cards available for trade. So when I request an ATC, I send a link and the recipient of my request has a LOT of choices.

But if everyone did this.... um... nothing would ever get posted on the board.

So I decided to offer one series each month. I may go back and check my earlier Facebook posts. I may not. But here is the offering for June:

A 9-card series

I've already described this series on the June page.

But I wanted to include the "blurb" somewhere on my web site, and I did not want to post the same image twice on the same page.

So here it is.

After eight hours, I have traded five to the cards.

I have 75 "Likes" and that still makes me feel good.

It was a fun morning, but no more offerings until late July.

In the meantime, I will complete the "Carved Stamp" swap and also a needlework swap on ATCsForAll.com.
