The keys to ALL trucks are kept in the office! The picture attached shows where. Each drawer has a unit number on it and this is where the keys are to be picked up at the start of your shift and where they MUST be returned at the end of your shift.
Even if you are in the same truck the next shift the keys need to be returned.

If you are ever missing a document from the truck binder, you can go into the office to the truck file folders and get any documents you need. They are organized by Truck Unit ID number. It is located right near the light switch in the office by the door that leads out to the mechanic bay.

Gas Card ID (unique to your individual gas card)
Odometer Reading
Truck Unit ID #
( make sure its 5 digits- for CNG or sleeper use the unit assigned to your card)
💳 Our fuel cards cannot be used inside at gas stations. They can only be used outside at the pump.
As always, you can go to any gas station and pay at the pump for fuel. Its easier to go to a truck stop along your route to get DEF at the same time. DEF is at the yard but only for emergency use.

This Service Plaza / Rest Area is located on State Route MA 24 Accessible from Massachusetts State Route 24 with Northbound & Southbound access.
Being a major route near the shop the fuel turn over rate is faster so fuel is fresher and cleaner! This location is the most convenient with DEF and diesel! Its 7 min from the shop with access from 24 and 495.
