All full time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision with their benefits if they choose to enroll and it is effective the first day of the month after your date of hire.

What Benefits Do We Offer?
Health Connector provides our Medical Plan and SunLife is providing our Dental and Vision Plan. Atlantic Freight covers 50% of the Employee Only Cost for the Medical, Dental and Vision plans.
We also have optional Accident and Hospital Indemnity plans are provided through SunLife, these optional plans are 100% employee cost. Atlantic Freight does not cover the cost of these plans.
When you are eligible to enroll, you will receive an email directly from Decisely to begin your enrollment process. Decisely handles the onboarding for SunLife. For Medical, our broker, Edan, will send you enrollment information.
How Do I Access my Information Once I am Enrolled?
Once you are enrolled in our Medical plan with the Health Connector, you should receive info on the Health Connector website.
Once you are enrolled in any of the SunLife plans (Dental, Vision, Accident or Hospital Indemnity), you can access the plan information through SunLife. SunLife will not mail ID cards for the dental plan. You can access your Dental ID card on your SunLife account page. There is also a generic dental card below that you can use that has our plan information. NOTE: The dental card you receive will only show the insured member's name (employee name) but that card is for yourself and if applicable, your spouse and dependents. It will only show your name though and not the names of spouse or dependents.
This program is available to all part-time and full-time employees and members of your household. It includes programs such as emotional well-being support, daily life assistance, legal services, and financial services.

With 24/7 support, over 126,000 licensed caregivers, and flexible scheduling, Upwards ensures reliable care, even in urgent situations. Their user-friendly portal and app streamlines the process, empowering you to find the best childcare options for your needs and budgets.
This program provides employees with flexible options for identifying care:
Working with a Care Manager to identify childcare locations nearest them.
Posting a childcare need on the Upwards platform to connect with available caregivers in their area.
Searching the Upwards portal to connect with a local babysitter or caregiver, sorting the search based on response time and online availability.
Please note, that you will still be responsible for costs when booking childcare.
