Before you can utilize your account on the Driver•i application, you must first locate the invitation email and have completed training. Invitational emails willy only be sent after training completion.
Clicking "Get Started" will present you with the Netradyne Password Creation Tool. This password is unique to you and cannot be seen by Amazon personnel. If you lose or forget this password it must be reset using the Netradyne Driver•i application.
Create a password and select "Reset Password".
Now that you have set a password, you may attempt to login to your Driver•i application located on your phone. Your login should be provided in the welcome email. Enter your login credentials and select "Login".
If your login credentials do not work, select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Upon logging in for the first time, the application will state "Driver•i "Would Like to Send you Notifications" Select "Allow"
You must allow notifications for the driver login process to function properly.
Continue with the following prompts.
Select “OK, ” . Select “Got it, Got it”.
Next step:Upon logging in for the first time, the application will ask "Driver•i Would Like to use Bluetooth".
Driver.i would like to use Bluetooth. Select “Allow”.
“We care about your safety ”. Select “Ok, Got it”.
Select "OK"
You must allow to use Bluetooth for the driver login process to function properly.
Next up please go to your phone settings and select the Driver.i app.
Select "Location".
Select “Always”.
Select “Continue”.
Select “Next”.
