If you are experiencing an issue with the connectivity of the relay app, slower than usual connection or the navigation will not work try the steps in this video!
Technical Glitches and Data Corruption
Sometimes the issue is less about intentional security design and more about unexpected technical behavior. The process of signing in involves storing authentication tokens and user data securely on your device.
Cache/Data Corruption: If the app's local cache or stored data became corrupted during or after the sign-out process, it might lose the information that identifies you as a previously onboarded user. Clearing the app's cache and data is a common troubleshooting step for users facing sign-in loops or unexpected errors.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Force close the Relay app.
Clear the app's cache and data through your phone's settings (be aware this will likely delete any temporary data- KNOW YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION)
Uninstall and reinstall the application.
Sign in via a Browser First: In some niche cases, signing into the associated web portal (like the Amazon Relay website) on your phone's browser first can clear an underlying security block, allowing the mobile app login to proceed smoothly afterward.
