⚠️ADP Timecard and Relay Hours of Service⚠️
When you arrive at the yard at the start of your shift
1) Clock into ADP
2) Go on duty in Relay
When you get back to the yard at the end of your shift
1) Go off duty in Relay
2) Clock out of ADP
The hours in Relay and the hours in ADP should match up.
We have compliance audits to make sure that your HOS in Relay and your timecards match up.
If they do not match up, that causes an issue. The only time they don't match up is if we ask you to come in with a special project (like moving trucks to the new yard) but all blocks you run should match up with your Relay HOS and ADP Timecard.
Please do not clock in for a set number of hours per day. You should only clock in for ACTUAL hours worked each day.
If you are eligible for bonus hours, those will be added when we process payroll. Do not add them yourself.
Your timecard should ONLY reflect ACTUAL hours worked.
If your shift is cut short due to a mechanical breakdown, you should still clock out of ADP when you get back to the yard.

As truck drivers in New England, we know the challenges of driving in snow and other inclement weather. However, if we determine that conditions are safe enough for operations to continue and you personally feel unsafe to drive, please notify dispatch and admin immediately. In such cases, we will cancel your individual trip, and you will be paid for the hours you worked up to that point, but not for the entire shift as we will have to cover your shift or reject.
