Karen is an artist living and working in Cardiff. She is inspired mostly by nature but also relishes the challenge of exploring new themes. 

She was delighted to be runner-up in the 2023 Astro-Art competition hosted by Cardiff University School of Physics and Astronomy and has exhibited in several local venues.

Her paintings in the Turner Gallery ask us to question our needs and desires in relation to urbanisation and experiencing Nature, not only as human beings but also as caretakers of our planet.
