If you have not completed the required steps outlined on these pages—including submitting your ticket and completing the Mama Allpa Enrollment Application—your application will not be accepted.

Please Note

This class is not intended for casual HUD users or clinic owners who do not wish to take on formal staff responsibilities.

This course is specifically designed as a pathway into Mama Allpa Staff, leading to certification as a Mama Allpa Physician or Midwife.

What Happens After You Apply?

Once you have completed your application, there is simply a waiting period while applications are reviewed.

Approximately one week before the session begins, you will receive either an acceptance or refusal via an in-world notecard.

If you are accepted, please read the notecard in its entirety. It contains important information and guidance that you will need to refer back to throughout the course.

Class Requirements

Classes are conducted both in-world and through Discord, with voice participation required.

Active participation is mandatory. Discussion, engagement, practical participation, and assigned coursework all form part of the certification process.

Session Schedule

Please be aware that there will be a break between the end of one session and the beginning of the next.

Each class session runs for approximately 7–10 weeks, depending on the progress of the students and the requirements of the course.

If you apply while a class is already in progress, or during the break between sessions, your application will automatically be placed on the waiting list for the next available session.
