Birth Upgrades
Each birthing area has its own place to give birth and bond with your baby afterwards - while they may be expensive, each was built by Dr. Dalgaard from the ground up, using her own equipment and landscaping supplies. Every area has facilities for each system we support - Mama Allpa, LoveMomma and Hands on Mommy.
Each outdoor birthing area is heated by hot springs powered by the volcano off the coast of the Ar Teaghlach Medical land. It's constantly erupting, effectively heating the water of the Valley all the time.
A welcoming and cozy room designed to put expecting parents at ease - the room features soft pinks and greens, providing a sense of peace as you use the labor ball or chair to help contractions before moving to the comfortable bed on which to deliver your baby.
A calming room consisting of blues and browns, with a small tiled alcove containing the baths in which to have your baby. A labor chair and pregnancy pillow are provided to relax while your contractions move along, as well as a couch set for guests.
Turning around from looking at the volcano, we find the Waterfall birthing area. A serene environment attracting local wildlife; quietly listening will let you hear frogs croaking, the gentle footfalls of deer and the quiet hum of dragonfly wings - all over the low roar of the waterfall itself.
Off to the side, the recovery area is available for baby bonding after birth, with a statue of a mermaid watching over the whole scene. Inside, you will find a bed, a small fireplace for the winter and a crib in which you can lay your baby while you rest.
A serene, warming cave under a dormant volcano, its magma lending a glowing warmth and welcoming vibes to the area. We come to a warm pool in which babies can be born, with a raft floating nearby for baby bonding.
