Note for the inspection: Need to call to get pricing. When a customer is calling for an inspection, most likely is because they are going to buy the house and the realtor is requesting an inspection. In this situation, we need to make sure we collect this amount tin advance. The reason why we do this is because the will sell the house and would not pay us and we legally can't go after the new owner. 

Drainfield estimate process:

Call Septic Contractor to see the best available time that he can go out and assess for the estimate, then call customer back and schedule accordingly. 

• If the customer just wants an estimate, we text the address to Michael and request a quote. Sometimes it will take a couple of days and that will be  for free. Put alerts and follow up with him.

• If the customer wants the septic pump and need an estimate for the drain field, we charge the regular septic pump out rate,  but let Michael know that we need an estimate for the drain field. Please follow up and push the drainfield estimate as quick as possible 

NOTE: NEVER GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE SEPTIC CONTRACTOR'S DIRECT PHONE NUMBER AND FULL NAME(JUST FIRST NAME)! THE CONTRACTOR WILL CALL US BACK WITH THE ESTIMATE. THEN WE WILL BUILD THE ESTIMATE AND SEND DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER!

Note:

•  This is for any tank that is 1,000 gallons or under. There are additional fees (that the septic guy will determine onsite) for any additional gallon.

• We never tell the customer that Walter is not part of the ARK TEAM. We tell the customer that our septic crew have a different scheduling and that the plumbing size to lets us see what is the availability. 

Additional Note:

 Commercial Differs so make sure to check BEFORE giving a price.

 MAKE SURE TO CHECK BEFORE TELLING THE CUSTOMER NO. ALSO, PRICES DIFFER ON THE WEEKENDS AS WELL. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE HOW MUCH WE WILL CHARGE ON OUR SIDE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CALL MAI.

 BEFORE SCHEDULING ANY SEPTIC OR LEAK DETECTIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CALL AND CONFIRM THE SERVICE AREA. THEIR SERVICE LOCATIONS ARE DIFFERENT THAN OUR REGULAR TECHNICIANS SERVICE AREAS.
