$85 for Commercial Properties
$150 for any time after 5 PM or on the Weekends in General

Free estimates may be offered to (NEEDED APPROVAL):
Google and Google My Business customers mainly. (ONLY IF THEY ARE INSISTING ON IT, NOT NORMALLY)
If you do feel pushed back you can try and explain that we have the dispatching fee for several reasons.
Even though our office is located in Clermont that does not necessarily mean that our technicians will be dispatched from that area. We service most of Central Florida therefore, they could be coming from Lady Lake, Orlando, The Villages, etc.
Gas prices are extremely high right now as well as vehicle maintenance service prices in general.
If our guys go out to the property and the customer does not want to move forward then our guys will not get paid from that call.
Call backs:
If it is recurring clogged drain / stoppages / blockages= no warranty. WITH DISPATCH FEE
if leaking for 2-3 days, CALL BACK ( without dispatch fee )
if leaking for more than a week = No back job ( with dispatch fee )
Discounts:
All discounts are ONLY applied to the first 1K of the total amount
Additional:
Backflow prevention inspection/ certification = $155
COMMERCIAL NET 30 (always ask new commercial customers if they are wanting NET 30)
When a new customer calls in please let them know that for new customers, they have to pay upfront. Also, please Google them and check there website to make sure we could collect payment easy.. Once they use us for a couple of time we will open the net 30.
