Also the brand makes the difference, Toto Brands are expensive compared with other brands like Kohler, (toilet type, brand, labor whether easy or difficult)

Garbage Disposal Prices fluctuate according to power, size, and construction materials. They price it thru size of the motor, feed type, type of steel. They suggest what's best  for your usage. 

Faucet installation Condition of the current faucet, status of the connected pipes, valves and plumbing fixtures, location of the replacement, water control set up

Sump Pump is down There's a lot of different brand of sump pump and each pump has diff horse power

Shower installation Tech will have to check if it needs the entire shower to be replaced and if there's a need to break through the wall
