NTOs and Liens

1. Please advise the customer first of what NTO is and when we must send it. This is very time-sensitive. (Do not send NTOs or Lien without ANA'S Approval please).

3. Company - 45 days after the first day at the job and 90 days after the last day at the job for lien. Homeowner - 45 days from last day at the job for lien. When we last spoke about it, we said we would still try to send the NTO out once that 30 days hit.
