Make sure that all estimates that we sell do not require permits. If they do, please start the process right away.
Make sure ½ of the estimate is collected before moving forward with the process.
If the permit is going to take longer than the job is done, please involve Ana to talk to the customer about it.
Make sure final inspection is done and completed on all permits.
If the inspection fails, please let Ana know so we can schedule the tech to go back and fix it ASAP since the permit can expire.
Final payment must be collected before calling final inspection unless authorized by Ana.
