Completed surveys were received from 281 KANA members, representing a 28.1% return rate. Of these, 267 surveys were included in the study. All data collected and used for the study were kept anonymous.• Data Analysis. Data were examined for missing responses and patterns of missing responses. No pat-terns of missing responses were identified.
