Nevertheless, it is hoped that the results can provide managers with added knowledge, so they can be more actively involved in motivating team members and creating favorable conditions for their col-laboration.Future research should include the anesthesiologists and managers of anesthesia units, who may add better knowledge and insight into the challenges of collaboration between anesthesia providers in the operating room setting.
