1. 적용 범위 / Scope
이 방침은 이 페이지를 개인정보 처리방침으로 연결하는 dadamsoft 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱마다 사용하는 기능과 SDK가 다르므로 아래 앱별 안내와 앱 안의 권한·동의 화면을 함께 확인하세요. 별도 앱 페이지에 더 구체적인 안내가 있으면 해당 안내도 적용됩니다. 새 앱이나 SDK에 이 방침이 자동으로 동일하게 적용된다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
This policy applies to dadamsoft apps that link to this page. Data practices depend on each app’s actual features and SDKs. Read the app-specific disclosures below, any separate app policy, and in-app permission and consent screens. A new app or SDK must have accurate disclosures before it is covered.
2. 공통 원칙 / Common principles
개발자는 앱 기능 제공, 사용자가 요청한 지원, 그리고 앱별로 안내한 목적에 필요한 정보만 처리합니다. 기기 안에서만 사용하는 정보와 광고·외부 서비스로 전달되는 정보는 구분됩니다. 로컬 전용 앱의 콘텐츠를 광고 앱의 콘텐츠와 동일하게 취급하지 않습니다.
We process information for app functionality, support requested by you, and the purposes disclosed for the relevant app. On-device information is distinguished from information sent to advertising or other external services. Advertising disclosures do not apply to apps that do not include advertising services.
3. 로컬 전용 앱: NotchBoard / Local-only app
NotchBoard (macOS, local.notchboard.app)는 계정, 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 개발자 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 보드·카드·메모·체크리스트·라벨·마감·반복 일정·완료 기록, 첨부파일 이름·경로·접근 권한 북마크, 설정을 Mac에 저장합니다. 선택한 원본 파일을 연결하며 개발자에게 업로드하지 않습니다. 최근 최대 14개의 일별 보드 백업을 로컬에 보관합니다. 저장 오류 등은 로컬 시스템 로그에 남을 수 있으며 앱이 자동 전송하지 않습니다.
NotchBoard stores boards, cards, notes, checklists, labels, schedules, completion history, selected-file names and paths, access bookmarks, and preferences on your Mac. It has no account, advertising or analytics SDK, or developer-operated server. Selected files are linked rather than uploaded. Up to 14 daily board backups are kept locally. Local system logs may record errors and are not automatically sent to the developer.
NotchBoard의 기본 기능은 무료이며 고급 기능은 선택형 Pro 구독으로 제공됩니다. Apple이 자체 방침에 따라 Apple 계정, 결제, 구매 기록, 무료 체험 자격과 구독 관리를 처리합니다. 앱은 StoreKit으로 구매 상태·만료·취소를 기기에서 확인합니다. 개발자는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매와 복원 시 Apple과 통신할 수 있지만 결제 확인을 위해 보드 내용을 Apple에 전송하지 않습니다. 구독이 만료되어도 보드는 삭제되지 않으며 기존 데이터의 열람과 JSON 내보내기를 유지합니다. 무료 편집 범위는 앱과 스토어에 표시된 이용 한도를 따릅니다.
NotchBoard offers free basic features and optional Pro subscriptions. Apple handles Apple accounts, billing, purchase history, free-trial eligibility and subscription management under its own policies. The app uses StoreKit to verify purchase status, expiration and revocation on the device. The developer does not receive payment-card details. Purchases and restoration may communicate with Apple, but this app does not send board contents to Apple for payment verification. Expiration does not delete boards; existing data remains readable and exportable as JSON. Free editing allowances are displayed in the app and store listing.
4. 광고 사용 앱: Fold Jacket / Ad-supported app
Fold Jacket: Cover Display (Android, com.haeseong.foldjacket)는 계정이나 자체 서버 없이 커버 제목·부제·서명·디자인·즐겨찾기·선택 사진·언어·밝기·타이머·창 설정을 기기에 저장합니다. 사진은 Android 시스템 문서 선택기로 선택하고 유지된 파일 권한으로 표시합니다. 선택 사진과 커버 글을 개발자에게 업로드하지 않습니다. 실행·표시 세션·창 크기·충돌에 관한 제한된 로컬 진단도 개발자에게 전송하지 않습니다.
Fold Jacket stores cover text, designs, favorites, selected-photo references, and settings locally without an account or first-party server. Photos are selected with Android’s system document picker. Selected photos, cover text, and limited local diagnostic events are not uploaded to dadamsoft.
Fold Jacket는 Google Mobile Ads SDK로 앱 열기·전면·배너 광고를 표시합니다. Google은 IP 주소와 대략적인 위치, 앱·광고 상호작용, 충돌·성능 등 진단, Android 광고 ID와 가능한 앱 세트 ID 등 기기·계정 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 목적은 광고 제공·측정, 분석과 부정 사용 방지입니다. SDK 전송은 전송 중 암호화되며 Google의 방침과 보관 정책이 적용됩니다. 이 광고 처리는 NotchBoard에는 적용되지 않습니다.
Fold Jacket uses Google Mobile Ads for app-open, interstitial, and banner ads. Google may process IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID where available, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit. Google’s policies govern its processing and retention. This advertising processing does not apply to NotchBoard.

5. 동의와 접근 권한 / Consent and permissions
파일·사진 접근은 앱이 제공하는 시스템 선택창과 사용자가 허용한 범위를 따릅니다. NotchBoard는 선택한 파일을 나중에 열 수 있도록 북마크를 저장하며 권한이 사라지면 파일을 다시 선택할 수 있습니다. 시스템 알림은 사용자 허용이 필요하고 앱 실행 중에 전달됩니다. 로그인 실행은 설정에서 선택합니다. Fold Jacket는 필요한 지역에서 Google UMP로 광고 동의를 요청하며 설정의 Ad privacy choices에서 가능한 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
File and photo access follows your system selections and permissions. NotchBoard stores access bookmarks and lets you reconnect files. Notifications require permission and are delivered while the app runs; login launch is optional. Where required, Fold Jacket requests ad consent through Google UMP, with available choices in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Android provides advertising ID reset and deletion controls.
6. 보관·삭제·공유 / Retention, deletion and sharing
로컬 정보는 앱에서 수정·삭제하거나 기기 저장 공간을 정리할 때까지 남을 수 있습니다. NotchBoard의 과거 내용은 로컬 백업에 남을 수 있고 Mac에서 앱을 제거하는 것만으로 컨테이너·백업·내보낸 파일이 모두 지워진다고 보장하지 않습니다. 전체 삭제는 앱 종료 후 해당 앱 컨테이너와 별도 내보낸 파일도 확인해야 합니다. Fold Jacket의 앱 저장 공간 삭제·제거는 로컬 정보와 유지된 사진 권한을 제거합니다. 사용자가 설정한 시스템 백업이 로컬 데이터를 복사할 수 있습니다.
Local information remains until you change or delete it, or clear the relevant storage. NotchBoard backups may retain prior content, and uninstalling a Mac app may not remove all containers, backups, or exports. Fold Jacket’s app storage removal or uninstall removes local data and persisted photo access. System backup services you use may copy local data.
NotchBoard의 JSON 내보내기에는 카드 내용과 첨부 이름·경로가 포함되며 기기 전용 권한 북마크는 제외합니다. 공유 여부는 사용자가 결정합니다. 개발자는 선택 사진·커버 글·로컬 보드를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 사용 앱의 광고 관련 정보는 위에 밝힌 제공자가 처리·공유할 수 있으며 해당 제공자의 방침이 적용됩니다.
NotchBoard JSON exports include card content and attachment names and paths, but omit device-specific access bookmarks. You control exports and sharing. dadamsoft does not sell selected photos, cover text, or local boards. Advertising providers may process or share advertising data as disclosed above under their own policies.

The following optional analytics disclosure applies only to Fold Jacket (com.haeseong.foldjacket) and Qibla Companion (com.haeseong.qiblacompanion). It does not apply to the macOS apps described above.
Optional usage statistics / 선택적 이용 통계 — Updated 23 October 2026
Usage statistics are off by default. If you opt in, Google Analytics for Firebase receives fixed feature-use, screen-view and advertisement-lifecycle events, app-instance identifiers, app/device information and general location inferred by Google from network information. We do not add photos, task text, notification contents, file names or paths, coordinates, TV addresses, or text you enter to analytics events. Google processes this information for analytics; transmission is encrypted. Turn sharing off at any time in Settings > Usage statistics. Disabling sharing stops future collection; Google retains prior data under its retention and deletion controls. 사용자가 외부 링크를 열면 해당 앱·서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다. 지원 이메일을 보내면 메일 제공자를 통해 보낸 내용이 전달되며 문의 대응에 사용됩니다. 불필요한 개인 정보나 보드 원문은 보내지 않아도 됩니다. Google 등 외부 제공자는 해당 방침과 보호 조치에 따라 다른 국가에서 처리할 수 있습니다. NotchBoard에는 개발자 서버로 전송하는 기능이 없습니다.
External links follow the destination’s policy. Information you choose to email is handled by email providers and used to respond to your inquiry; private boards or unnecessary personal information are not required. Providers such as Google may process data internationally under their policies and safeguards. NotchBoard does not transmit data to a developer-operated server.
8. 어린이·보호·방침 변경 / Children, safeguards and changes
Fold Jacket는 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며 13세 미만 어린이용으로 제작되지 않았습니다. 개발자는 자체 계정이나 서버로 어린이의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 다른 앱의 이용 대상은 해당 앱의 스토어 안내를 확인하세요. 플랫폼 권한·샌드박스 등 제공되는 보호 장치를 사용하지만 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 기능·SDK·정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 앱별 안내와 이 방침의 날짜를 갱신합니다.
Fold Jacket is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. dadamsoft does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a first-party account or server. See each other app’s store information for its audience. Platform permissions and sandbox protections are used where available, but no storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Material changes to features, SDKs, or processing will be reflected in updated app disclosures and this policy.

10. ZipPeek 개인정보 처리 및 지원 / Privacy and support
ZipPeek (macOS · com.haeseong.zippeek)
ZipPeek은 계정, 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 개발자 운영 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자가 선택한 ZIP의 항목·이름·크기·압축 구조와 다운로드 출처 메타데이터를 Mac에서 분석합니다. 풀기·Windows용 사본 만들기에 필요한 파일 내용도 기기 안에서 처리하며, 파일·이름·경로·출처를 개발자에게 업로드하지 않습니다.
App Sandbox와 시스템 파일·폴더 선택창을 사용합니다. 앱이 ZIP을 열어 둔 동안만 원본 읽기에 필요한 일시적인 접근을 유지하고, 출력은 사용자가 선택한 폴더에 새 파일·폴더로 저장합니다. 원본을 덮어쓰지 않으며 현재 버전은 파일 접근 북마크를 저장하지 않습니다. ZIP을 닫거나 앱을 종료하면 앱이 유지하던 일시적인 접근을 해제합니다.
ZipPeek Pro는 Apple의 자동 갱신 구독입니다. Apple이 결제·구독·구매 기록을 처리하며, 앱은 StoreKit이 검증한 거래로 Pro 사용 권리를 확인합니다. 개발자는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. Apple 계정과 결제 정보에는 Apple 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 구독은 Apple 계정의 구독 관리에서 취소할 수 있고, 취소 후 현재 구독 기간까지 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
내보낸 파일·폴더는 사용자가 Finder에서 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 앱 제거만으로 결과물이 삭제되지 않으며, 사용자가 설정한 시스템 백업·동기화가 파일을 복사할 수 있습니다. 로컬 진단을 개발자에게 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 지원 이메일이나 로그를 직접 보내는 경우 문의 내용·이메일·첨부가 메일 제공자를 통해 전달되며 문의 대응에 사용됩니다. 불필요한 파일 원문·민감한 정보는 보내지 않아도 됩니다.

ZipPeek runs on your Mac without a developer account, ads, analytics SDKs, or a developer-operated server. It processes selected ZIP contents, names, paths, structure, and download-origin metadata on device. Files and metadata are not uploaded to dadamsoft. Access is limited to user-opened ZIPs and user-selected output folders, and the app does not persist file-access bookmarks. Output files remain until you delete them and may be included in your own backups or synchronization. Apple handles Pro auto-renewable subscriptions and payments; ZipPeek checks StoreKit-verified entitlements and does not receive payment card details. Qibla Companion은 키블라 방향·기도 시간·타스비흐·두아·달력을 제공합니다. 계정이나 개발자 운영 서버를 사용하지 않습니다. 선택 도시·좌표·시간대, 계산법·시간 보정·알림·언어·카운터 설정을 기기에 저장합니다. 선택적 위치 권한은 기기 위치로 방향과 시간을 계산할 때만 사용하며, 도시를 직접 선택할 수 있습니다. 저장된 좌표와 카운터를 개발자에게 업로드하지 않습니다. 알림·정확한 알람·재부팅 수신은 선택한 기도 알림을 예약·갱신하는 데 사용합니다. 센서값은 기기에서 방향 계산에 사용합니다.
온라인 지도는 Leaflet 파일과 OpenStreetMap 지도 타일을 HTTPS로 요청합니다. 해당 제공자와 CDN은 IP 주소, 요청한 지도 영역과 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 오프라인 방향·시간 계산에는 온라인 지도가 필요하지 않습니다.
Google Mobile Ads는 배너·네이티브·전면 광고에 사용됩니다. Google은 IP 기반 대략적 위치, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 가능한 기기 식별자를 광고·측정·분석·부정 사용 방지 목적으로 처리·공유할 수 있습니다. 전송은 TLS로 암호화됩니다. 필요한 지역에서 UMP로 동의를 요청하고, 제공되는 개인정보 옵션을 앱 설정에서 다시 열 수 있습니다. 동의가 허용되지 않거나 광고가 수신되지 않아도 기본 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. Qibla Companion stores your chosen city or optional device coordinates, time zone, prayer calculation settings, reminders, language and tasbih count on your device. It has no account or developer-operated server. Location and compass sensors calculate directions locally; manually choosing a city avoids device location access. Notifications and alarm permissions schedule your chosen reminders. The developer does not receive your saved coordinates or counter.
Online maps request Leaflet files and OpenStreetMap tiles over HTTPS. Map/CDN providers receive IP addresses, requested map areas and technical logs. Google Mobile Ads may collect/share approximate location derived from IP, interactions, diagnostics and available device identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Transport uses TLS. Where required, Google UMP requests consent; available privacy choices reopen in Settings. Basic features remain usable without ads. Google controls its retention and international processing under https://policies.google.com/privacy.
This release has no paid subscription product. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to remove local settings. Google privacy tools control provider-held data; the developer cannot directly erase Google's logs. Optional support emails are handled through email providers.
