1. Local data / 기기 내 데이터
Seuk stores gesture drawings, app and action shortcuts, routine steps, execution history and preferences on your device. There is no Seuk account or developer-operated synchronization server. These contents are not uploaded to dadamsoft or used by Seuk to personalize ads. Exporting a backup or sharing a file is initiated by you. Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local data; Android backups and exported files may remain under your control.
제스처 모양, 앱·동작 바로가기, 루틴, 실행 기록과 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 자체 계정·동기화 서버가 없으며 이 내용을 개발자에게 업로드하거나 광고 개인화에 사용하지 않습니다. 내보내기와 공유는 사용자가 직접 실행합니다. 앱 저장 공간 삭제·제거로 로컬 데이터를 지울 수 있지만 Android 백업과 내보낸 파일은 별도로 남을 수 있습니다.
2. Advertising / 광고
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads for banners and app-open ads. Google may collect or share IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and available identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK transport is encrypted. Google controls retention and international processing under https://policies.google.com/privacy. Where required, Google UMP requests consent before ads. Available choices reopen in Settings > Ad privacy options. Basic features work without ads; Plus removes ads. Android settings allow you to reset or delete the advertising ID.
무료 버전은 Google AdMob 배너·앱 오프닝 광고를 사용합니다. Google은 IP 기반 대략적 위치, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단 정보와 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 가능한 식별자를 광고·측정·분석·부정 사용 방지 목적으로 처리·공유할 수 있습니다. SDK 전송은 암호화되며 보관·해외 처리는 Google 정책을 따릅니다. 필요한 지역에서는 UMP 동의 후 광고를 요청하며 설정의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 가능한 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고 없이도 기본 기능을 사용하며 Plus는 광고를 제거합니다.
3. Subscriptions / 구독
Google Play handles purchases, trial eligibility, automatic renewals and cancellations. Seuk checks the Play subscription status and purchase signature to grant Plus access. The developer does not receive payment-card information. Eligible new subscribers may start a 3-day trial; the selected monthly or yearly price shown by Google Play is charged after the trial unless canceled. Manage or cancel at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Existing saved gestures are not deleted when Plus expires.
구매·체험 자격·자동 갱신·해지는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 구독 상태와 구매 서명을 확인해 Plus를 제공합니다. 개발자는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 대상 신규 가입자는 3일 무료 체험을 이용할 수 있으며, 취소하지 않으면 체험 후 Google Play에 표시된 월간 또는 연간 금액이 청구됩니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. Plus가 만료돼도 기존 제스처는 삭제하지 않습니다.
4. Permissions and external services / 권한과 외부 서비스
Overlay and notification permissions support optional gesture handles and routine progress. Users choose whether to enable them. Installed app names are used locally to select shortcuts. Seuk does not request a microphone permission itself: optional speech input opens the system speech-recognition provider, whose policy applies. External apps, websites, calls and messages open only for configured actions and follow the destination policies.
오버레이·알림 권한은 선택한 제스처 핸들과 루틴 진행 표시를 위해 사용합니다. 설치 앱 이름은 기기에서 바로가기 선택에 사용합니다. 앱 자체의 마이크 권한 없이 시스템 음성 인식 앱을 열며 해당 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다. 외부 앱·웹·통화·문자는 설정한 동작으로 열고 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
5. Support, retention and children / 지원·보관·어린이
Support emails you choose to send are handled by your email provider and dadamsoft to answer your request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data. We do not sell your gesture content. Google privacy tools govern provider-held advertising data; dadamsoft cannot directly erase Google logs. Seuk is a general utility, not directed to children under 13. Platform security controls are used, but no system is perfectly secure. Material data-practice changes will be reflected here.
사용자가 보낸 지원 이메일은 이메일 제공자와 개발자가 문의 대응에 사용합니다. 불필요한 민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 제스처 콘텐츠를 판매하지 않으며 Google 보관 광고 정보는 Google 개인정보 도구로 관리합니다. 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 제작한 앱이 아닙니다. 플랫폼 보안 기능을 사용하지만 완전한 보안을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 처리 방식 변경은 이 방침에 반영합니다.

6. Optional usage statistics / 선택적 이용 통계
Usage statistics are off by default. If you enable them in Settings, Google Analytics for Firebase processes fixed screen-view events, automatically logged app and purchase events where supported, app-instance identifiers, app/device information and approximate location inferred by Google from the network. We do not include gesture content, installed-app names, routine details, filenames or typed input in custom events. Data is encrypted in transit. Disable statistics at any time in Settings to stop future collection; prior data follows Google retention and deletion controls. Advertising consent is separate. 이용 통계는 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. 설정에서 동의하면 Firebase용 Google Analytics가 정해진 화면 방문 이벤트, 지원되는 경우 자동 기록되는 앱·구매 이벤트, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 앱·기기 정보와 Google이 네트워크에서 추정한 대략적 위치를 처리합니다. 제스처 내용, 설치 앱 이름, 루틴 상세, 파일명, 입력 내용은 맞춤 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. 전송은 암호화됩니다. 설정에서 해제하면 이후 수집이 중지되며 기존 데이터는 Google의 보관·삭제 정책을 따릅니다. 광고 동의와는 별개입니다.
