This policy applies specifically to TimeCue for Android.
1. Events, practice results and local storage
Event titles, dates, time zones, links, reminder choices, practice results and preferences are stored on your device. We do not operate a TimeCue account system, event-upload server or cloud synchronization service. Event content and practice answers are not attached to advertising requests. Practice is a local simulation and does not book tickets, submit an enrollment or process a payment.
2. Android backup and deletion
Android may back up local events, practice history and preferences according to your device and Google backup settings. Cached time samples and runtime state are excluded from automatic backup. Delete events in Settings > Delete all events, or individually from each event menu. Delete saved practice results from Practice > Clear practice history. Clearing TimeCue app storage removes its local data. Android backup copies are managed separately in your device or Google backup settings. There is no TimeCue account to delete.
3. Network time and external links
When you synchronize the clock, TimeCue contacts the selected time provider and may try Cloudflare, Google or NTP Pool as alternatives. Standard NTP uses UDP timing packets rather than TLS. The provider receives the source IP address and timing information needed to answer; TimeCue does not include event names, links, practice records or advertising identifiers in NTP packets. The displayed uncertainty is an estimate, not a guarantee of ticket availability or server queue order. Opening an event link launches your chosen external app or browser, whose provider handles that visit under its own policy.
4. Advertising and consent
TimeCue uses Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. Depending on consent, platform settings and SDK operation, Google may collect and share IP-based approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google advertising-service data is encrypted in transit with TLS. No Firebase Analytics, subscription or developer-operated analytics server is used. Banners appear only in the event list or settings when permitted by the app's timing policy. Practice rounds, floating clocks and full-screen clocks do not contain ads.
Google UMP requests privacy choices where required. Where available, change choices in Settings > Ad privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID and manage advertising privacy in Android settings. Google processes and retains advertising data under its own policies; TimeCue cannot erase Google's records directly. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. 5. Optional permissions and ongoing services
Notification permission and exact-alarm access support reminders you choose. Without exact-alarm access, reminders may be delivered later by Android. Optional display-over-other-apps access and a foreground service support a floating clock that you explicitly start. A visible clock and persistent notification identify this service; close the clock or use its Stop action to end it. It does not read another app's screen. These permissions do not grant the developer remote access to event contents. Revoke permissions in Android settings at any time.
6. Security, retention and support
Local data remains until you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall, subject to separate Android backup settings. No storage or network system is completely secure. Google and time providers apply their own retention and security policies to data they receive. If you email support, we receive your email address and message and retain them only as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations. Request deletion of support correspondence by emailing hesung0805@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or payment details.
7. Children and policy changes
TimeCue is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children's personal data. Contact us with privacy concerns. We will publish changes on this page with an updated effective date.

NTP 시간 동기화는 Cloudflare·Google·NTP Pool 등의 시간 제공자와 IP 주소·시간 패킷을 교환합니다. 표준 NTP는 TLS가 아닌 UDP를 사용하며 이벤트 내용·연습 기록·광고 식별자를 전송하지 않습니다. 시간 오차 표시는 추정치이며 실제 티켓 확보나 대기순번을 보장하지 않습니다.
Google AdMob은 광고·분석·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 기반 대략적 위치, 기기·광고 식별자, 앱·광고 상호작용과 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google 광고 서비스의 데이터는 TLS로 보호됩니다. 필요한 지역에서는 UMP로 개인정보 선택을 요청하며, 해당되는 경우 설정의 광고 개인정보 메뉴와 Android 광고 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이벤트 내용과 연습 답안은 광고 요청에 첨부하지 않으며 연습·플로팅·전체 화면 시계에는 광고가 없습니다.
알림·정확한 알람·다른 앱 위 표시 권한은 사용자가 선택한 기능에만 사용합니다. 사용자가 시작한 플로팅 시계 서비스는 시계의 닫기 또는 지속 알림의 중지로 종료할 수 있으며 다른 앱 화면을 읽지 않습니다. 로컬 데이터는 삭제할 때까지 보관되고, Google·시간 제공자가 수신한 정보의 보관과 삭제는 각 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다. 지원 메일은 문의 처리와 적용되는 의무에 필요한 범위에서 보관하며 삭제 요청은 위 연락처로 보내주세요. 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
