Privacy Policy for TapFlow

1. On-device information
TapFlow lets you define touch coordinates, gesture paths, timing, repetition rules, macro names, and app-launch actions. These macros, preferences, purchase-entitlement flags, and reward-expiry times are stored on your device. TapFlow does not require a user account and does not operate a first-party server. We do not upload your macros, gesture recordings, screen content, or list of installed apps to DamDamSoft.
2. Accessibility and foreground controls
TapFlow uses Android AccessibilityService only after you choose to enable it. It executes the taps, swipes, multi-touch gestures, and Back, Home, or notification-panel actions that you explicitly configure. It displays movable controls over other apps. Gesture recording captures touch paths inside TapFlow's recording surface; it does not record a screen video. The service cannot retrieve window text or screen contents. A list of launchable apps is queried locally only to let you choose an app-launch action. You can stop playback from the floating controls, turn off the screen, or disable TapFlow in Android Accessibility settings. A foreground service and notification keep the user-started controls visible.
3. Advertising and consent
TapFlow uses Google Mobile Ads for a banner and optional rewarded video. The SDK may collect and share IP addresses (including an estimate of general location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics such as performance and crashes, and device or account identifiers including advertising ID and app set ID where available. Google uses these data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Advertising data is encrypted in transit. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents consent choices. Settings > Ad privacy options lets you reopen available choices. Android privacy settings also provide advertising-ID controls. We do not sell your local macros or settings. 4. Purchases
Optional purchases and subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Google processes payment details and purchase records under its policies. TapFlow receives product identifiers, purchase status, purchase tokens, and signatures to verify entitlement and acknowledge purchases. Payment-card details are not received by DamDamSoft. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play. Restoring purchases queries Google Play for purchases associated with your Play account.

Usage statistics are off by default. If you opt in, Google Analytics for Firebase receives fixed feature-use, screen-view and advertisement-lifecycle events, app-instance identifiers, app/device information and general location inferred by Google from network information. We do not add photos, task text, notification contents, file names or paths, coordinates, TV addresses, or text you enter to analytics events. Google processes this information for analytics; transmission is encrypted. Turn sharing off at any time in Settings > Usage statistics. Disabling sharing stops future collection; Google retains prior data under its retention and deletion controls. TapFlow does not request broad storage access. Exported backups may contain your macro names, coordinates, gesture paths, and app-launch selections, so choose a destination you trust. Internet and network-state access support advertising, consent, and billing. Notification permission supports the ongoing controls. Accessibility is optional until you choose to run gestures.
6. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete the relevant macros, clear TapFlow's app storage, or uninstall it. Exported backup files remain in the destination you selected and must be deleted separately. Purchase records and advertising data retained by Google are governed by Google's retention policies and account controls; clearing TapFlow does not cancel a Google Play subscription. We have no TapFlow user accounts to delete. Email hesung0805@gmail.com for privacy requests; correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.
7. Security and international processing
Local data benefits from Android app-storage protections. Network communications with Google use encrypted transport. Google may process data in other countries according to its privacy policy. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children
TapFlow is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. DamDamSoft does not knowingly collect children's personal data through a first-party account or server. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, its SDKs, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current revision.
