This Privacy Policy applies to Fold Jacket: Cover Display (package name: com.haeseong.foldjacket), published on Google Play by dadamsoft. If you have questions about this policy or the app's privacy practices, contact dadamsoft at hesung0805@gmail.com.
1. Information handled by the app
Fold Jacket does not require an account and does not operate a first-party server.
The app lets you enter cover titles, subtitles, and signatures; choose a cover design; mark favorites; select a photo; and configure language, brightness, timer, and small-window settings. This content and these settings are stored locally on your device. When you select a photo, Fold Jacket uses Android's system document picker and keeps access to the selected file so it can display the cover. Fold Jacket does not upload your selected photos or cover text to dadamsoft.
The app also keeps limited local diagnostic events, such as lifecycle, display-session, window-size, and crash information, to help the app operate and diagnose device compatibility. These events remain in the app's local storage and are not transmitted to dadamsoft.
2. Advertising and third-party data processing
Fold Jacket uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show app-open, interstitial, and banner advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• app and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic information, such as app launch time, performance, hangs, and energy usage; and
• device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID when available.
Google processes this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data sent by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy and advertising controls:

3. Consent and privacy choices
Where required, Fold Jacket uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent before requesting eligible advertisements. You can review or change available advertising privacy choices from Settings > Ad privacy choices in the app. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
4. Permissions and photo access
Fold Jacket uses internet and network-state access to load advertisements and consent information. Photo selection is handled through Android's system document picker. The app receives access only to the file you choose and does not request broad access to your photo library.
5. Data sharing and sale
dadamsoft does not sell your selected photos, cover text, or local settings. Advertising-related data may be collected and shared by Google as described above so advertisements can be delivered, measured, and protected against fraud.
6. Retention and deletion
Local cover content, selected-photo access, settings, favorites, ad-frequency counters, and diagnostic events remain on your device until you change them, clear Fold Jacket's app storage, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes this locally stored app data and removes the app's persisted photo access. Retention and deletion of data processed by Google are governed by Google's policies and user controls.
Fold Jacket does not create user accounts, so there is no separate account-deletion process.
7. Security
Fold Jacket limits first-party processing to on-device storage and uses Android platform protections. Third-party advertising data is encrypted in transit by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children
Fold Jacket is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. dadamsoft does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a first-party account or server.
9. International processing
Google may process advertising-related data in countries other than your own in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable safeguards.
10. Changes to this policy
dadamsoft may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
