As a future architect, I believe Artificial Intelligence should be used as a supportive design tool rather than a replacement for human creativity. AI can improve workflow efficiency, accelerate research, generate visual inspiration, and help communicate architectural ideas more clearly.
Through this exploration, I realized that AI is highly valuable during the early stages of design, especially for brainstorming, concept generation, visualization, and information gathering. However, architecture is not only about producing images or written content. It also involves critical thinking, cultural understanding, technical knowledge, environmental responsibility, and emotional connection with users.
For this reason, I believe architects should use AI responsibly as an assistant that enhances creativity while maintaining full human control over design decisions.
“AI can support architectural creativity, but it cannot replace human imagination and design judgment.”
