Executive Board Procedures
SCHEDULE
Board members are expected to attend each meeting. All AHS members are welcome at Board Meetings.
Meetings occur monthly at a date, time, and location that will be announced at least one week ahead of the event.
Please check for messages prior to the meeting for the meeting agenda and changes.
PROCEDURES
An e-mail notice of each meeting and copy of the minutes of the preceding meeting will be sent to each elected and appointed member of the Board by the Secretary.
Agenda items should be brought to the attention of the AHS President by e-mail. Please give five days notice whenever possible.
One-third of the Board members constitute a quorum. If Board Members are unable to attend, they are asked to notify the AHS President and/or the AHS Secretary as soon as possible.
