Collaboration Project Option 1: Remix Scratch Project

Scratch 3.0

Scratch 3.0 uses two methods when it comes to remixing.

See Inside

Click the button labeled "See Inside" on a project page. You will see a green button at the top called "Remix". Click on it, and you have remixed the project.

Project Page

Here's a much simpler way of remixing. Just go to the project page of a project you want to remix, and click the green button saying "Remix".

Editing

Edit your remix as you want it to be, but do not put anything inappropriate in it, or it may be marked Not For Everyone.

Note: Please don't remix a project without changing anything, or it may be reported.

Sharing

Share your remix, but it is recommended to check if it breaks the Community Guidelines, uses something without giving credit to the creator, or is an exact copy of a project.

Collaboration Project Option 2: Video Editing Collaboration with WeVideo for Schools

We’re excited to announce a new feature designed with remote and blended learning environments in mind: real-time collaboration.

Teachers and students can edit videos together in real time, regardless of location. Whether you’re in the classroom or remote, you can feel like you’re editing videos side-by-side.
