(1) Create a free Gmail account (if you do not already have one). This will be used to create a Google Classroom to present your science lesson.

This is not neccessary if you already have access to a G Suite for Education account through your school.
(2) When signed into this account, open Google Drive( drive.google.com).
Create a new folder labeled "STEM Unit Documents". This is where you will save documents, handouts, etc. used in your unit.
Set the sharing permissions on this folder to "anyone with the link"
For the purposes of this course, you need to be comfortable with creating and sharing Google Docs, commenting on Google docs. uploading and downloading files from Google Drive, copying and pasting content, and other digital skills.
