We are actively looking to replace the nozzles currently in service on our apparatus. As mentioned on the Existing Nozzles page, these and the other few random automatic nozzles that are in service are designed to be flowed at a tip pressure of 100 psi. We have researched the new developments in the field, consulted with our mutual aid communities and requested information and demos from nozzle vendors in the hope of deciding on a new attack package the will ultimately provide an increase in water flow and a reduction in nozzle back pressure that is easier for a firefighter to manage safely.
We presently have eleven (11) 1.75" and two (2) 2.5" pre-connected hand lines on our apparatus. Length and descriptions are as follows:
