Registration form

Please complete the Registration Form April 30, 2024. After this date Registration can still be completed but will be associated to an increased fee (see below)

Participation in the Symposium will be limited to approximately 100 attendees. It is important that registrations be submitted as soon as possible in order to receive prompt consideration by the organizing committee and to ensure participation.

Abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts only when the Registration has been completed and a Conference fee received.

Fellowships for young researchers are available.

* LIGHT registration fee for young participants (students or post-docs, age limit 35), academic, and industrial participants includes conference material, access to all lectures, access to online conference abstracts, coffee breaks, welcome reception (on Sunday) and on-site lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

* FULL registration fee: LIGHT registration + conference dinner (on Wednesday)

** LIGHT registration fee for accompanying persons includes Welcome reception on Sunday

**FULL registration fee: LIGHT registration + conference dinner (on Wednesday) 

***DECADE Satellite Meeting fee: one-day registration (July 3, 2024) + on-site lunch, coffee breaks and conference dinner

Conference fee payment must be made in euro (€) by May 24, 2024. Registration will be confirmed (within 2 weeks) upon payment receipt. Please select your mode of payment:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds only cover the Conference fee. 

 FELLOWSHIPS

Young researchers (under 35) and PhD students (SCI-members, affiliated to Organic Chemistry Division (DCO) and/or Catalysis Interdivisional Group (GIC) of the Italian Chemical Society) can apply for DCO and GIC fellowships for participation to ADHOC 2024, to cover registration fees.
