The art is inspired by taking basic shapes and altering them in unique ways to maintain a simplistic, yet visually pleasing style. Many enemies will appear to be mechanical in both design and in color.
Our art is divided into different sections:
The 3D models that are created for the game. This also includes the textures, and any animations that the models have been given.
UI stands for User Interface. This includes any screens (title screen, loading screen, etc.), button designs, and logos.
These are environmental pieces that the player will move around in. This includes walls, flooring, and any environmental hazards that the player must go through.
These are effects created using the Unity Engine, rather than using models. These include player and enemy projectiles, explosion effects, and enemy damage effects.
