Terms & Policy

To ensure a smooth collaboration, please confirm the following:

1. Credit: I kindly ask to be included in the game’s credits as a translator.

2. Schedule: I often handle multiple projects simultaneously. While I prioritize games with near-term deadlines, please understand that I cannot guarantee strict completion dates for volunteer work. I’m happy to discuss your preferred timeframe!

3. Workflow: I prefer working with text files (Excel, Google Sheets, .txt, etc.) for easier management and future updates. However, I’m flexible! If your project isn't ready for text export yet or you need partial translations, feel free to consult with me.

Portfolio Rights & Privacy

I take your project’s confidentiality very seriously. To ensure a smooth partnership and prevent any future misunderstandings, I have established the following guidelines regarding promotional use. While these are my standard policies, I am always happy to be flexible and accommodate your specific needs—so please feel free to reach out with any concerns or requests. 

1. For Games in Development (Unreleased):I will not disclose the game title, developer name, or any in-game assets. I may occasionally share general translation insights or updates in my "Activity Log," but I will always ensure the text and context are modified so the project remains completely unidentifiable. This allows me to showcase my professional activity while fully protecting your project's confidentiality. I am also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and will strictly follow any specific communication guidelines you provide.

2. For Released Games or Public Demos: Once a game has been publicly released (including Early Access) or a public demo is made available, I may share the game title, developer name, and screenshots for promotional purposes or activity reports. For demos, my disclosures will be strictly limited to content found within that demo. If you prefer any information to remain private (even partially), please let me know. Unless otherwise specified, I will proceed with the understanding that basic project info can be shared.

3. After Completion of Translation: Once the work is finished, I reserve the right to list the project in my permanent portfolio, including the game title, developer info, and screenshots. If you have any concerns or wish to opt out of certain disclosures, please contact me. Without a specific request, I will assume consent for portfolio display.
