These terms are established to prevent potential issues and ensure a smooth collaboration; however, they are not intended to be overly restrictive. If there are specific parts of the terms that you cannot meet due to certain reasons or requests, I am happy to discuss them and remain as flexible as possible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or consultations! That said, please understand that these terms are the standard for our agreement, and I may not always be able to accommodate every request.

Please note that the original version of these Terms and Conditions is in Japanese. In the event of any discrepancy between the original Japanese text and this English translation, the Japanese version shall prevail in principle. I kindly ask that you review the full text, including the original version. However, this shall not apply if the English translation contains clearly misleading expressions or significantly differs from the original intent. I will do my utmost to ensure accuracy and avoid such discrepancies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

• Ownership & Usage: Once the final payment is confirmed, the copyright of the translation is yours. You can freely use it for your project and related sequels/promotions.

• Payment: We primarily use USD via PayPal or Wise. For larger projects, we offer flexible installment plans (e.g., splitting the cost into 2 or 4 parts).

• Methodology (MTPE): To ensure accuracy and efficiency, I use Machine Translation Post-Editing. This means I use AI/tools as a base but manually review and refine every single word to ensure "living language" that fits your game’s world.

• Communication: Work is done using files (Excel/Google Sheets). While I don't accept fragmented requests via chat, I’m always happy to discuss proper nouns or small adjustments there!

• Portfolio: I may list the project in my portfolio, respecting your development stage (e.g., only after a demo or EA release).

• Cancellations: Please note that once work starts, refunds are not available. If contact is lost for more than 14 days, the project may be suspended.
