Regarding Pricing Adjustments.

To ensure the continuous and stable provision of our services, pricing may be revised based on our activities and operational status. Thank you for your understanding. Any revised pricing will only apply to new projects accepted after the date of the revision.

Please note that price revisions may occur without prior notice. Even for repeat clients, we kindly ask that you confirm the current pricing before placing a subsequent order.

Fees occurring during installment payments. 

In accordance with Article 11 of the Terms, fees will be charged based on the project scale. The fees charged at that time include the following:

1. Per-word fees

2. Fees incurred due to revisions

3. Fees for explanations of differences from machine translation

4. Hourly fees for test playing While payments do not necessarily need to be made in a lump sum, please be aware that in accordance with Article 11, work will be suspended and delivery dates will be delayed until the full amount invoiced is confirmed.

Regarding Revisions. 

"Major Revisions" refer to cases where the entire text, wording/tone, or the meaning itself is changed. Whether a change is classified as a minor revision or a paid revision is, in principle, determined by the Translator; however, please feel free to consult if you have any questions.

Fees may still be incurred even if text needs to be reverted to its pre-revision state. In accordance with Article 10, revisions requested within 10 days will in principle be performed free of charge, but please understand that if there are multiple changed sections, fees may still be incurred. 

Please note that if paid revisions or changes fall below the minimum order amount, it will be necessary to pay the difference as a handling fee to adjust the total to the minimum order amount. If the Translator determines that a revision is necessary due to their own error, etc., the revision will be performed free of charge.

Regarding Detailed Explanations of Differences from Machine Translation. 

Prior designation of the range and specific locations for which detailed explanations are required is necessary. 

A separate space for writing detailed explanations must be provided. 

If the difference from machine translation is minimal, it will be noted but not included in the count.

Regarding Test Playing. 

If debug features such as a skip function to verify specific events or extremely difficult sections, or save data that allows resuming from relevant points are provided, the fee will be slightly reduced. 

If debug features are provided midway after work has commenced, the "With Debug Features" rate will apply only to subsequent test playing. Please be advised that refunds or corrections for fees incurred prior to that point cannot be made. 

In principle, for test playing lasting 30 minutes or longer, fees will be incurred in 15-minute increments including the initial 30 minutes. No fees will be incurred for test playing lasting less than 30 minutes. Additionally, in principle, invoices for test playing fees shall be issued simultaneously with installment payments.

Regarding Plan Migration.

Once a project has been handled under Plan B, migration to any other plan is not possible for any reason thereafter. Please be advised.

Projects started under Plan C will be migrated to Plan A or Plan B by the Translator after release, depending on the word count. This will apply to fees for subsequent revisions, updates, etc.

Regarding Translation Work

I also accept translations for websites and store pages at the same standard rate; however, as a general rule, these must be accompanied by the translation of the game or project content itself. If you wish to request translations only for non-project content, please note that I will handle these under Plan B without the initial free word count offer.
