Alumnae Hall
Alumnae Hall was one of the first buildings constructed on the Residence Campus, along with South Hall, in 1905. Originally known as the Refectory, the structure served as a dining hall until the construction of Bartol Hall in 1953. Students also used the Refectory for social functions, such as the Class of 1906 Senior Prom and the Bib Party pictured above. Alumnae Hall continues to serve its original purpose, as a space for students’ social events, today.
