Using the agent assessment feature is simple.
An extension number is assigned to the feature. Calls directed to this extension number will be prompted to rate their experience appropriately. The results are accumulated into a single report file.
If the caller is transferred to the assessment destination, then the transferring extension is included in the report.
An additional extension number is associated with a feature to send the report. When a user dials this number, an email containing the report will be sent to the email address configured to receive reports.
A new report will then be created, containing only survey results obtained since the previous report request was processed.
Configuration of the report contact is done through the comma-UI.
Log in to the Comma-UI, navigate to Host System Tools, and then select "Agent Assessment", Then Email Accounts.
Enter the email address of the desired recipient, then press Tab, and select Submit.
