Atmos, by Call Cabinet, offers cloud storage of call recordings. Encrypted at source, and then uploaded, these recordings are POPI compliant, and accessible from anywhere with internet access.
Before you can sell Atmos as an add on to your customer's PBX or gateway, please contact Far South Networks (info@farsouthnet.com) to assist with the creation of a reseller account on the Call Cabinet platform.
Clint will then provide you with a URL which you can use to add new customers under your Call Cabinet reseller account.
Your reseller link will have a similar form to the link below:

Once you have been provided with a reseller link, you can open the link in a browser, and complete the form to sign up your customer.
Enter the company details, and select a plan for your customer. The plan type can be upgraded or downgraded at a later stage as necessary.
Enter a custom URL for your customer's account. The users will use this URL to view, download and listen to their recordings. This URL needs to be unique.
Configure the appropriate administrator for the company. The email address specified here will receive admin correspondence from Call Cabinet regarding the Atmos instances for any sites belonging to this new company.
This could include messages about service interruptions, plans requiring updates, and so forth.
It may be advisable to use an email address that directs to a group of people here, rather than a single individual.
Once you have completed the creation of the customer's account, you will be able to create new sites within that customer's account. Allowing you to upload calls from multiple physical sites, under the same customer account.
