Man3000 is a TMS service that integrates with Far South Networks 3CX PBX Appliances.
Prior to installing the Man3000 DHS Service, you should obtain a license for the Man3000 feature, in addition to obtaining an account from Man3000. In order to obtain a Man3000 license or account, please contact orders@farsouthnet.com.
To install Man3000, navigate to the comma-UI interface via HTTP on port 8888.
Select Host System Tools, and then Software Package Management.
First check for updates, and then install a package.
The name of the package to install is "commaman3000". Enter this as the package name and select OK.
At this point, it may take a few minutes for the package to install. If there is a small orange/red rectangle in the top left hand corner of your screen, then the system is still busy and it is best to wait.
After commaman3000 is installed, the comma-UI will contain a Man3000 DHS service menu, under the Host System Tool menu.
To upload your Man3000 license, select Host System Tools, then Man3000 DHS service, and Upload Man3000 License.
This will open a service on port 8889, to which you can upload your license.
The page at port 8889 will be open for only 60 seconds, so I suggest just copying the URL from your existing browser session, pasting it in to a new tab, and changing the port from 8888 to 8889.
Now all that is left is to add the Man3000 account credentials.
To do this, select Man3000 DHS Service menu, and then Edit Configuration file.
This will allow you to enter the username, password and URL for your Man3000 account.
After entering the Man3000 account credentials, use the tab button to move from the configuration file to the Submit and Cancel controls.
In addition to configuring the service, comma-UI allows for limited diagnostics and troubleshooting of the Man3000 DHS service too. Allowing for the status of the service to be viewed, for the service to be restarted, enabled or disabled.
