“With colors that mimic woodland and arid environments, it's designed for covert operations.”

The front is a green camouflage with a military rank insignia and text “AN-XBOX360” on the left-hand side. But a matte black backing and glossy black top/bottom trims. Has the silver transforming d-pad, black concave thumbsticks, start/back, bumpers, sync, and triggers. Also has the standard color ABXY buttons and a shiny guide button.

  • These had a pretty decent manufacturing run. I ended up with a 552 camo, so that would put it at still being made in the last week of 2015. It's possible they kept manufacturing into 2016, either way, should be lots of these out there.

Shiny gold chrome on the front, but a matte black backing and glossy black top/bottom trims. Has the silver transforming d-pad, black concave thumbsticks, start/back, bumpers, sync, and triggers. Also has the standard color ABXY buttons and a shiny guide button.

Because of the shininess, expect fingerprints and paint easily chipping away. It could be a nice design, but it’s going to be hard to find them used, but in very good condition because of how hard it is to keep clean, and looking new.

  • While these were released in 2013, I have a 516 serial, so these were being manufactured until sometime in 2015.

“Outshine the competition and play in style with an Xbox 360 Special Edition Chrome Series Wireless Controller, available in gold color chrome for a limited time. It also comes in your choice of blue, red, and silver chrome. Plus, this controller features a transforming D-pad for precise control.”
