Keeping Healthy
It is so important to keep fit and healthy as we go through life. There are many ways we can keep healthy, by getting the right amount of sleep, eating healthy foods, exercising, drinking water etc.
This poster can be done over 2 weeks, if you didn't get a chance to do this last week you have all of this week.
We would like you to design a poster that shows 4 or 5 different ways of how you can stay healthy - you can write and draw on the poster or if you would prefer you can just focus on one way you can keep a healthy lifestyle.
An A4 page is perfect, or in your copybook on a double page or if you have bigger sheets of paper it can be done on those too.
