Place Value
This week our topic for maths is Place Value - looking at the value of numbers and how important their place is.
Take for example the number 222 - each number has a different value - 200 or 20 or 2.
We will be looking at the abacus and notation boards and finding the biggest and smallest number in a set of numbers.
