Duplicate the contact and passing poses and Reverse the feet and arms
Then add the up and down poses
These stages are your key poses and you will start with this process when you rotoscope too.

Using characters that are already built, you can find actions that you can move the camera to find the best staging.
Mixamo is an Adobe tool that is fully online. Just log in with your adobe log in.
You can build your main pose to poses and then add secondary action after you have built the main action.
Find a character that is close enough to your character's body type
