provided good review on topic as well as extensive information and supplements. hands on experimentation excellent for gaining experience, recreating a similar environment to conducting actual and complex experiments students may partake in the future. lesson covered on methods of staining samples such as simple staining, gram staining, etc. lessons on growing microorganisms in petri dishes and different methods and ways of experimentation for observation. such observations included the effect certain factors may have on bacterial growth, such as uv light, mouthwash, etc. others include the growth of microorganisms outside petri dishes, and instead test tubes, like broth, slant, deep,,, allows for deeper understanding and further exploration on the topic of microorganisms. uhhhh
